Roles & Responsibilities

Work with an interdisciplinary legal team to ensure the achievement of quality result and outcomes.
Handle every case with patience, understanding, and a desire to help both parties achieve resolution.
Manage case assignments, develop service plans, track progress, and execute case closures.
Advocate parties with advice and information about options and case status, evaluating legal necessity and appropriating resources.
Track and record case information, complete forms, and produce reports.
Drive change by identifying areas where performance improvement is needed.
Assess and act accordingly in response to barriers and issues.
Achieve organisational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
