Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with an interdisciplinary legal team to ensure the achievement of quality result and outcomes.
  • Handle every case with patience, understanding, and a desire to help both parties achieve resolution.
  • Manage case assignments, develop service plans, track progress, and execute case closures.
  • Advocate parties with advice and information about options and case status, evaluating legal necessity and appropriating resources.
  • Track and record case information, complete forms, and produce reports.
  • Drive change by identifying areas where performance improvement is needed.
  • Assess and act accordingly in response to barriers and issues.
  • Achieve organisational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
